Join Paul Cluver and son-in-law Andries Burger for “Seduced by Elgin” at the chef’s table in Gordon Ramsay’s maze restaurant on Wednesday 20 January.
Michelin-star chef Phil Carmichael will devise an elegant five-course course menu, paired with a selection of fine wines chosen by Cluver and Burger that will ensure the definitive culinary experience.
