Once a month towards the end of the month, fine dining spot, Grub & Vine offers diners an exclusively veggie menu. Whether you’re a vegetarian looking for a deliciously decadent dinner, or an omnivore wanting to explore plant-based fare, you're in for a treat at Veg & Vine on Thursday 23rd May from 6pm to 10pm.
Chef Matt Manning was inspired by showcasing what can be done with vegetables and making vegetarian food more exciting while also encouraging people to be more conscious about what they eat.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU
The usual Grub & Vine menu will also be on offer for the non-veggies, so all are welcome.
The Veg & Vine menu includes vegetarian and vegan options and the menu will be released closer to the time, during the week of the event. You can expect special editions of the elaborate veg dishes that are already on the menu such as char-grilled broccoli, fresh pear, forest phantom cheese, Pommery mustard or baked potato gnocchi, roasted pumpkin, sauté baby gem, toasted pumpkin seed, pecorino and sage.
ATTENDING VEG & VINE
The two-course meal costs R295; the three-course meal costs R425; the four-course meal costs R545, and the four-course meal with wine costs R795. Bookings are recommended via the Dineplan online calendar or you can contact them on email@example.com or +27(0)76 256 8654.
