Vegan Cheese: You've Gouda Brie There

This workshop in Woodstock will teach you how to make your own cheese while ditching the dairy

Plant-based eatery The Kind Kitchen is known for its tasty vegan goods and motto of compassion. They love the veggie life so much that they’re sharing their awesome recipes at a workshop in Woodstock on Saturday 8 September 2018 from 10am to 11am.

Cheese-lovers and vegans alike will learn how to make their own homemade dairy-free cranberry cream cheese and aged provolone. Whether you’re cutting out cows milk for diet or moral reasons (or you just want to know how the heck you can make cheese without milk), you’ll find out how at this event.    

The Kind Kitchen will have all its equipment readily available for use and you’ll get to taste test the fancy cheeses you’ve made at the end of the workshop.  

The Kind Kitchen updates its recipes on a weekly basis and often presents new classes on a variety of vegan trends. Tickets to the Vegan Cheese-making Workshop cost R250pp–R400pp. Bookings can be made via email at info@thekindkitchen.co.za.
