Tracers Too Close To Home Tour at ROAR

It’s time to get your alternative pop and rock on with Cape Town’s freshest band Tracers.

Fresh out of Cape Town’s central business district; Tracers is a band that is releasing their latest EP ‘Make it Hard for a Good Time’ on 2 June 2017. To get the news out about their EP, Tracers will be doing an inner city tour; you can catch them at ROAR (part of Gandalf’s) on Friday, 16 June which also happens to be Youth Day.

Tracers will also be releasing another EP later this year to make up their debut album. They boast a smooth pop-punk sound and vibrant stage presence. Tracers will be joined by some of the city’s best up-and-coming bands to make it a night of musical mayhem, including Pooch, PXLS and Temple Yeti. If you can’t make this instalment of their ‘Too Close To Home Tour’, you can catch them at W.S Exchange on 2 June, Trench Town on 9 June, Brass Bell on 10 June, Aandklas on 20 June or at Hectic on Hope on 22 June.

ROAR is a part of Cape Town’s longest standing alternative club Gandalf’s located in Observatory. Gandalf’s is the pioneering venue of the underground and alternative scene in South Africa. People love it for its ridiculously cheap drinks, head-banging rock anthems and the fact that you can be 100% unapologetically yourself.
