Saturday Session at Nitida Wine Farm

Get active, get outside and, most importantly, have fun.

Are you ready for an early morning workout session at one of Cape Town’s most picturesque wine farms? Then get up and get your rear end to Nitida Wine Farm on Saturday, 25 February 2017, for a rewarding one-hour workout session.

The session is open to both males and females and what’s more? It will only cost you R10p/p. Now just because the price is low, that doesn’t mean your quality of training will be on a low-budget standard. Expect for a fantastic workout session from one of Adventure Boot Camp South Africa’s highly qualified and experienced trainers.

There will also be a chance for one lucky lady (sorry, fellas!) to win a four-week Adventure Boot Camp experience, which consists of 20 sessions for five days a week. There will also be spot prizes to be won on the day so don’t miss out!

TICKETS TO THE 2017 SATURDAY SESSION AT NITIDA WINE FARM IN DURBANVILLE

As mentioned earlier, entrance to the session will only set you back at R10p/p, which is payable on the day at the venue. To RSVP, email events@adventurebootcamp.co.za. Remember to include your details (name, surname, cell phone number etc.) and the number of people who will be joining you. All the action starts at 8am.

For more information, email events@adventurebootcamp.co.za or phone +27 (0)21 447 2746.
