Wellington wine giants join forces to make for a memorable evening of eating and drinking
Festa restaurant will dish up a five-course menu to accompany the finest wines from the Bosman Family Vineyards at a food and wine pairing evening on Wednesday, 13 June 2012.
Lead by popular winemaker Corlea Fourie, the pairing will allow guests to sample some of the eighth generation estate’s reds and whites while enjoying delectable dishes prepared by the Kleinvalleij chefs.
This family restaurant on the Kleinevalleij estate breathes quirky life into the well-established town of Wellington; think pink chandeliers and pianos hanging from the ceiling.
