Main Course: Fynbos springbok served with a trio of mushrooms, sweet samp, baby pears, vegetable skewers and brandy sauce

Baked crayfish casserole topped with parmesan, served with rice and salad

Dessert: A trio of chocolate swissroll, strawberry swissroll and Kahlua bavarois

Tea, coffee and truffles will be served after dessert
