Passionate about being healthy and staying active, Rush Trampoline Park is bounding to new heights offering jumpers and exercise fanatics of all levels a workout sensation called RUSH X FIT. Taking place every Monday and Tuesday evening from 8pm to 9pm, the weekly fitness sessions are all about experiencing the freedom of jumping while burning calories with every trampoline hop, skip and leap.
Offering participants an hour-long high-intensity cardio workout featuring various training exercises and techniques such as squats, lunges and burpees while using a variety of equipment including weighted bags, dumbbells and ropes – think boot camp on trampolines – Rush’s X FIT classes strive to make working out bounds of fun with the added bonus of getting your body, mind and soul in better shape. Run by Rush’s talented team of fitness instructors, Rush X FIT members can expect nothing less than a full hour of exhilarating and extreme wall-to-wall calorie-burning trampoline exercise focusing on strengthening and toning the human body in all areas. So, be prepared for a sweaty body sculpting, core condition, weight loss trampolining-experience.
What’s more, paying Rush X FIT first-timers are welcome to bring a friend along to the first session for FREE.
Originating in the USA, Rush South Africa – a first of its kind in Africa – launched in Cape Town in 2015. Locally owned and operated, dedicated to the community and its guests, the Claremont park features 1 700 square metres of wall-to-wall interconnected trampolines, including two extreme dodgeball courts, an enormous cube foam pit complete with a diving board, three basketball slam dunk lanes (one being hydraulic catering for the younger jumper), a battle beam as well as a four metre high performance wall – offering a total of 2 500 square metres of trampoline-powered fun just waiting for you to experience the RUSH.

PRICING AND BOOKING INFORMATION FOR RUSH X FIT AT RUSH TRAMPOLINE PARK IN CLAREMONT
RUSH X FIT takes place at the Claremont trampoline park every Monday and Tuesday from 8pm to 9pm. Sessions cost R100 per session for a 10-session package (therefore R1 000 for 10 sessions) whereas as a once-off drop-in sessions cost R140 per person. Prices exclude Rush jump socks (which costs R25 a pair). Remember, paying RUSH X FIT jumpers joining for the first time are welcome to bring a friend along to their first session for FREE.
Rush Liability Waiver: A liability waiver is required for each jumper (those under 18 years must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian). Fitness-bouncers who arrive without a duly signed and completed waiver will not be able to take part in the X Fit training. Waivers can be downloaded from Rush’s website.
Tip: Please arrive 15-minutes prior to the fitness session and don’t forget to bring along a bottle of water and sweat towel with you. Rush Trampoline Park does not have shower facilities or changing rooms so please ensure that all jumpers are appropriately dressed and ready to go.
NOTE: Socks are excluded in the overall once-off and package prices and cost an additional R25 a pair. Rush jump socks are compulsory for safety purposes and can be reused for each session subject to safety approval.
