Kenilworth Racecourse Hosts The 4th Edition of Xperience Fashion Show

Local fashion, by local designers, for local people

Are you planning a fabulous evening out in the city? This one is for you. What better venue to host the Xperience Fashion Show than Kenilworth race course? Saturday, 18 November 2017 marks the official date for the 4th annual Xperience Fashion Show, at Kenilworth Race Course.

Set to showcase at the event are a number of designers from townships and suburbs around the city. Expect looks from Misunderstood in Langa, Safanja Fashion Durbanville, and Nesh Couture, from Khayelitsha, to name a few.

This edition is a summer fashion show and will exhibit local township glam combined with modern designs. Think cocktail dresses and all stars, dungarees paired with delicate fascinators. Only five of the 12 featured designers went to fashion school. The rest are self-taught and build their brand through the love of their craft so expect to see some beautifully crafted ensembles styled by passionate fashionistas.

The founder of Xperience Lifestyle is Primrose Skolo.. She is building its reputation in the industry. What started off as a one time fashion show has grown into a series of local fashion events (shopping parties, tastings and showcases for entrepreneurs) aimed at scouting and celebrating local designers through their skill set and talent. Kenilworth Race course will be hosting this event for the 3rd time this year, and gives the event a premium feel.
