In a world where meeting a partner is increasingly tough, Oh Hi Matchmaking is a shining beacon to guide you through this overwhelming maze. On Saturday, 18 March 2017, the Gourmet Picnic for Christian Singles is taking place at Bellingham Homestead at Anthonij Rupert Wines in Franschhoek.

You’ll be treated to a gourmet picnic, enjoyed with a bottle of award-winning wine, all the while meeting your possible soulmate. Navigating the dating world can be hard enough, and the whole thing is made even harder when you don’t know their opinion on religion. This picnic saves you any awkwardness; you already know that these singles love Him, and want to make contact with you!

Unfortunately, the affair is sold out for ladies, so this invitation goes out to all the lads, between the ages of 25 and 45, looking for love. If you identify as Christian, are single and ready to mingle with some lovely ladies, then don’t delay and grab your ticket today. Ladies, don’t stress too much, Oh Hi Matchmaking are hosting three more Christian singles events this year so keep your ears peeled and don’t miss out on the next one.

If you usually think with your stomach, then you’ll be excited to know that the menu features incredibly delicious yummies. Inside your picnic baskets, you’ll find yourself greeted with a glass of bubbly and a Parma ham and melon skewer. In your basket you’ll receive, a pulled leg of lamb wrap, biltong pate, freshly baked baguettes, green fig preserve, mini burgers, spinach feta and mushroom  quiche, grilled chicken and pineapple kebab and bacon and mushroom mini pancakes. On the sweeter side of things, you’ll be able to sink your teeth into mini marshmallow tarts, chocolate brownies and some coffee from a local Franschhoek roastery, Terbodore.

No romantic evening would be complete without music, and the Gourmet Picnic for Christian Singles is no exception. Guests will be kept grooving by a DJ, who will get those feet of yours moving! Nothing breaks awkward tension like a spot of dancing; so be sure to pack your dancing shoes because no one likes a spoil sport!

These guys clearly know what they’re doing; six of the couples from one of their last events have got married! That’s a pretty amazing success rate if you ask us.
