Cape Town’s gin game is hella strong

Cape Town boasts some amazing gin distilleries and what better way to try them than by heading to The Old Biscuit Mill for a day filled with gin, tonic and plenty of fun?. On Sunday, 26 February 2017 the second ever Gin and Tonic Festival will cement itself as your favourite festival all year.

The art of a good gin and tonic is more complex than most people think; which is why the Gin and Tonic Festival will be heaving with people keen to learn the real art of gin flavour combinations. Experts will be there to teach you how to make a lekker G&T, and you’ll be able to sample them all in your complimentary Gin and Tonic Festival glass!

To go along with these delicious drinks, there will be a massive selection of food (as per usual) for you to enjoy. Some of Cape Town’s best food trucks will be parking themselves in your heart and some lekker gourmet street food chefs will be whipping up something quick, tasty and colourful.

As is to be expected of The Old Biscuit Mill, there will also be a summer inspire designer market for you to browse. There will be fashion, beauty, lifestyle goods and select accessories, all of which are produced locally.

Tickets are available online via Quicket.co.za for R150p/p. If you were an Early Bird, then you will have managed to get your little beaks on a sneaky R120p/p ticket, well we are jealous but for the rest of us, it’s R150p/p to get into the Gin Paradise.

Included in the ticket price - a sixteen page booklet with more info about the distillers, various coupons and a few little surprises. You’ll also get a very special branded Gin and Tonic Festival glass to taste all the gins!
