Winemaker Andre Van Rensburg joined Vergelegen in 1998 where he has continued his pursuit of producing outstanding wines.

Michelin-star chef Phil Carmichael will devise an elegant five-course course menu, paired with a selection of fine wines chosen by Van Rensburg to ensure the definitive culinary experience.
