Klein Constantia’s winemaker is Adam Mason, who has brought an injection of enthusiasm and overseas experience to the winery. His varied career has provided a combination of old world winemaking philosophy and new world technology.

Join Mason for “Five Decades of Wine Making” at the chef’s table in Gordon Ramsay’s maze restaurant on Wednesday 13 January.

Michelin-star chef Phil Carmichael will devise an elegant five-course course menu, paired with a selection of fine wines chosen by Mason to ensure the definitive culinary experience.
