Free wine-tastings on Wednesday evenings

Tjing Tjing holds wine-tastings every Wednesday evening featuring a different wine range each week. You don’t need to make a reservation so it’s a great thing to do after work when you’re feeling like a bit of a mid-week break.

Stop by this unique, urban rooftop bar on Longmarket Street in the centre of Cape Town and taste some top-drawer wines. You’ll meet a different winemaker each week, with local favourites such as Paul Cluver, Groot Constantia and The Foundry often being featured.

For the next week the wine featured will be discounted so if you taste something you like you can come back and enjoy it later that week. Tjing Tjing also offers some great bar food and tapas, so stick around for a finger supper after the tasting.
