Blake’s Lounge & Bar resident DJs Richard Marshall & Nick Matthews will be setting the tone with a weekly guest performing live! Confirmed artists so far - Ricardo Moretti - Percussion & Didgeridoo; Lee Thompson (HOGS) - trumpet, Russ Nerwich – Sax.

Expect the finest in groove lounge and electro live beats graduating to sexy disco and funk soul classics until late every Friday in Salon Privé.

Be sure to take advantage of their amazing weekly special: 2-for -1 on selected tapas, cocktails and beers - daily from 5-8pm (Tuesday to Saturday). It’s the perfect excuse to enjoy after work drinks and snacks while watching live music.

Blakes Bar is set out over three levels, and while lavishly decorated, each floor has its own ambience and distinctive intimate feel. The ‘Long Bar’ provides a laid back drinking environment; a British ‘gastropub’ inspired menu is on offer at both the bar and raised dining areas, with tapas available on all floors.

The ‘Salon Privé’ boasts a deck area and offers unparalleled views of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the city lights. The ground floor lounge and deck area doubles as their cigar lounge and private event area. With seating for 40, the self-contained area is the ideal for private dinners and celebrations.

Blakes Lounge & Bar was designed to facilitate private functions, from a small gathering of 10 to a 100 person soirée. Blakes has hosted corporate events for up to 400, all the while maintaining that intimate experience. Ask about their competitive packages – designed for groups of all sizes
